Great location. A few minutes' walk from Metro Cipro and therefore convenient for reaching any point of the city. Easy access. Very clean building with many shops and small restaurants nearby. There is a shared kitchen in the apartment, very convenient for breakfast or a quick lunch/dinner. Rooms are spacious, all with windows or balconies. Spartan furnishings, but not an issue. In my room the walls were damaged and needed repainting (black streaks and stains, obviously caused by guests but they should be repainted to reduce the impression of dirt). Unfortunately cleaning and maintenance are not optimal: I found the hairdryer detached from the wall with the outlet box open and wires exposed (it was a hotel hairdryer). I also found cotton balls stained with what I believe was lipstick in the bathroom behind the sink and not very hidden. The toilet had a severe limescale buildup (yellow and dirty). Same for the radiator. The bathroom fan/extractor was full of dust. It would take very little to fix everything, just a bit more attention from maintenance. Unfortunately a convenient location is not enough. I'm sorry because it really takes little to have a superior apartment in this regard. I hope this review helps with that. One positive: we pointed out that the cutlery and kitchen were not very clean (customers also contribute in this case) and after about two hours we found everything clean. Another positive: the kitchen has a coffee machine, cups, pots etc. All very useful. So there is the desire and willingness to improve, because in my opinion the place deserves it.

The property has a good location, but the problem is the lack of care for the premises. Cleanliness is barely adequate: in one bathroom the light is faulty, the small bucket is broken and the toilet seat is wobbly. The pillow is stained and the bedspread is dirty. In one of the bathrooms the toilet has a large stain inside that could be cleaned but was not. Mold is present in various areas and the bathroom extractor fan is full of dust. The kitchen is in inhumane conditions; although using it is optional, cleanliness is not. The manager is kind and helpful and I understand that running a property with guests from varied cultures and backgrounds is not simple, but cleanliness and care cannot be negotiable. I requested a cleaning of the kitchen and it was carried out. As kind and nice as Laura is, certain aspects need improvement that make a difference. Best wishes for a prosperous improvement to a young and enterprising woman.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday. The property is easy to reach and in an excellent location because it is near the Vatican and just a 2-minute walk from Cipro metro station, from which we reached everything we wanted to see in Rome. In the area, within a few minutes' walk, there are many nice cafés where you can have breakfast. The host was very helpful both during check-in, giving us several useful pieces of information, and by allowing us to use the room for luggage even after check-out time, since there were no imminent bookings after ours. We recommend this place.

The B&B is in a truly excellent location, just a few steps from the main attractions and with great connections for getting around the city. The service is excellent. We stayed at this B&B and had a great time. The property is very clean, quiet, and situated in a really convenient location: just steps away from the Cipro metro station and very close to the Vatican. About a 10-minute walk away is bus 23, perfect for reaching Trastevere, and the 913, particularly convenient in the evening, as it brought us back just a few minutes' walk from the property. The owner was always very kind and helpful, responding quickly to every request we made. We will definitely return!

I would have given higher scores, but there are a few things to fix (a half-broken wall lamp, the bathroom mirror light not working, the shower head to be replaced). With little, a lot can be done better. The location is good: not far from the metro and little noise in the streets. Cleanliness: sufficient, but it can always be improved. We were there in the days following New Year's Eve, I do not know if it influenced the service. The manager was available for our requests.
